Chemical degreasing → washing → pickling → washing → chemical polishing → washing → electric polishing → washing → passivation → washing → drying → inspection.
Chemical polishing :30%H2O2 150-220ml/L; H2SO4 about 5 ml/L; Stabilizer 10g/L; T, 50-70 ℃; t 5-10min;
Electrochemical polishing :85% H3PO4 600mL/L; 94%H2SO4 300ml / :L; Glycerol 30ml/L; Saccharin 2-4G/L; DA30-60A/ dm2; T, 50-70 ℃; t 5-8 min;
Passivation :CrO3 100-150g/L; H2SO4 1-5ml / L; Room temperature 10-20 ℃
